Hi my name is Soloman gehazi (real name Adrian Hill) im a hip hop/rap artist, I have been spitting bars for about 11 years. I grew up in wolverhampton west midlands, there have been a lot of influences in my life im from a multicultured family My dads fam are English and my moms fam are Jamaican so those to cultures have defiantly had an impact on my life. I started listening to hip hop when I was about 11 years old, I immediately fell in love the music and started listening to artists like cypress hill, 2pac and biggie. As I hit my teens and early 20’s I was quiet immature and made a lot of bad decisions (that’s a long story).

 

When I was 23 my life changed when I found the Lord, I wasn’t bought up in a religious family, but God made certain circumstances happen so I would reach out to him and when I did the Lord was there for me. Without the Lord I don’t know where I would be or even if I would be alive I was in some bad places before I found God, so Im eternally greatful that he saved me. Since then the Lord has blessed my life dramatically I am now married and have 2 sons and I have a better relationship with my family.

 

A few years ago I felt called to begin recording music and begin my music ministry, its been along time coming but in 2012 I finally dropped my debut album knowledge lessons I didn’t really know how it would be received but I have been overwhelmed by the support I’ve received. I joined forces with Remnant music which is run by me and my brother in christ D7. In June 2013 I dropped my mixtape street Gospel, this project is 20 tracks deep involving many different artists and has received very positive feedback in the secular arena.

 

Soloman Gehazi is a rapper from Wolverhampton. Born and raised in Wolverhampton, Soloman Gehazi has been crafting his art since his early teens being brought up in a multi-racial family; he draws from real life experiences while always remaining conscious and positive in his songs. He was instantly hooked on Hip-Hop after being introduced to it at the age of eleven when he started listening to Cypress Hill, Busta Rhymes, 2Pac, Notorious B.I.G and many more. As he matured he found peace when he found God and a few years ago started to record music with a more spiritual & uplifting vibe.

In 2012 he created a buzz with his album 'Knowledge Lessons' which led to him hooking up with D7, a producer & rapper from South London. The two got their heads together and they decided to start independent record label Remnant Muzic.

In 2013 Soloman dropped his twenty track free download entitled 'Street Gospel Mixtape'. Which was championed by some of the leading blogs in the UK. In 2014 Soloman Gehazi and London producer Termite join forces to bring a thirteen track album that is guaranteed to satisfy the needs of the most discerning Boom Bap fan. ‘Gehazimite’ really is something special with some superb solo tracks and features a string of talented UK guests. Soloman has worked with and featured on tracks with the likes of Cyclonious, Jabba tha kut, Stakka lyrics, Dj Muki, Corban, Lost alliance, D7, Ghost musick, Rocdwell, The praying mantis etc, has been featured on a variety of mixtapes most notably the Uk runnings estate life mixtape series.

Soloman has been putting in work the last 12 months performing over 20 times at different venues and events across the west midlands and London and is becoming well known on the underground hip hop scene. Soloman has performed on line up’s with the likes of Genesis Elijah, Logic, Peter Spence, Triple O, and many more.
